Registration for the Conference is now available via the Indico conference management system @ Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

All presenters (including the poster presenters) must register to the conference by 1st of May in order to be eligible to present.
All other participants must register to the conference by 1st of July.

Registration fees cover the following:

  • Admission to each day of the conference
  • 2 Lunches
  • Coffee breaks
  • Conference bag with a program and conference presentations booklet
  • Admission to the Welcome Reception and Conference dinner
  • Official certificate of participation

All services are provided in collaboration with CORAL GROUP travel agency, Zagreb.

An additional guest can attend the Conference dinner for a price of 30 €, which can be payed at conference registration desk. IMPORTANT: Please contact the organizers at star2016@ffzg.hr to reserve a place for the additional guest.

Conference attendance will be rewarded with points given by The Croatian Medical Chamber and the Croatian Psychological Chamber. The points will be awarded in accordance with applicable regulations. The Croatian Medical Chamber will award 20 points for active participation and 12 points for passive participation. The Croatian Psychological Chamber will award 30 points for active participation and 20 points for passive participation.

Payment

Payment for registration fees may be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Credit card payment will be available from mid-February 2016.

Registration fees must be pre-paid in full.

Please ensure that the name/s of the participants and conference name (37. STAR conference) are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.

We urge all participants to send proof of the registration fee payment as a PDF via e-mail (star2016@ffzg.hr) or via fax (+385 1 4092-037), so that we can ensure your smooth registration and that your conference accreditation and materials are awaiting. If the company / institution is paying the fee for more than one person, it is necessary to send the list of included participants.
