Frequently asked questions
What does the hybrid form of the conference mean?
The hybrid form means that the conference takes place live at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences for all active and passive participants who can and want to attend live. All activities are also held online for those who do not want or cannot be present live. For the first time this year, through the platform, it is also possible to watch content later that you may have missed, but wanted to listen to.
Can I attend part of the conference online and part live?
Of course. All participants who have paid the registration fee have the right to choose how they will participate in the conference for each session.
How will I join online activities?
Before the start of the conference our partners will send you an email with a personalized link that takes you directly to the conference platform. That link will be your ticket throughout the conference.
Do I need to have a covid certificate to attend a live conference?
Yes, if you want to participate in a live conference, you must have a covid certificate or some other certificate, which we accept in accordance with epidemiological measures. You received all the details in the e-mail, and you can find them here as well.
What if I don't have a covid certificate?
If you do not have an EU covid certificate, we accept other evidence of vaccination and / or recovery, as well as confirmation of a negative result on PCR or BAT test.
When and where do participants register for the live conference?
The registration desk will be open on Thursday from noon to 6 pm and on Friday from 8.30 am. Before registration, it is necessary to report to the covid check point, and only then proceed to registration. Please carry your accreditation in a visible place throughout the conference, as it is also proof that you have passed the covid check point.
When and to whom should the presentation be given?
You can bring the presentation on USB or download it from the place where you stored it using the internet once you come to the conference. Please arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of the section in which you are presenting and contact the chairperson and technical support so that the presentations are ready in time.

What if my form of participation in the conference changes (e.g. I thought I would be live, but I will be online or vice versa)?
If you change your mind for any reason that is fine. Please reopen and change your answer in the survey, which you have already received in the e-mail, and let us know in our official e-mail so that we can inform the chairperson in your section.
