HOW DO I APPLY? 

• contact the network coordinators at your home and your host institution beforehand 

• in case of research-related mobilities it is advised to start early and contact your host coordinator well in advance

• applications are submitted via CEEPUS system (and we will help you out)

• application deadline (each year)

for winter semester mobility: June, 15th

deadline for spring semester mobility: October, 31st 

WHO CAN APPLY?

• students: min. requirement of 2 semesters at home institution to participate in CEEPUS 

• teachers: min requirement 6 hrs of lectures or supervision
